8u, 10u baseball league sign-ups underway

Area baseball players are invited to sign up for 8u and 10u baseball leagues scheduled for this summer. Players must turn 8 years old or 10 years old by no later than April 30 to be eligible. The date to register is April 23. An additional player evaluation (which will precede the player draft) will take place after this date. Comments (0)

Free CPR-First Aid classes

The Vinton County Health Department is hosting a free CPR-First Aid class on Saturday, April 25 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. A free first aid kit will also be handed out after the course.
