MCARTHUR — Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) invites you to visit the natural splendor of the Appalachians during Lake Hope State Park’s inaugural Craft Show on Saturday, May 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Lake Hope’s Spring Craft show will provide guests with a wide variety of local crafters. Visitors are encouraged to find items made from locally collected materials, such as pinecones, as well as natural made brooms and gourd canteens.
For visitors who enjoy more traditional artwork, a variety of artisans will be featuring their work including paintings and pencil drawings. Additionally, several authors will be presenting their novels based on southeast Ohio locales.
Located in Vinton County, 8 miles north of Route 50 on Route 278 or 14 miles south off of Route 33 from Nelsonville on Route 278. Once at the state park, follow signs to the Lake Hope Lodge.
